Here at Loose Mansion we enjoy and have learned a thing or two about creating beautiful tables to make celebrations special and memorable. With Thanksgiving in mind, following are a few tips for a beautiful table!

No matter the group size, don’t even think about using paper and plastic products! Dig out your beautiful dishes, glassware and linen napkins! Your efforts will be rewarded with “wows” from your guests and you’ll have lots of helpers afterwards!

We love table linens, but if you have a beautiful wood table, consider letting it add some warmth to your Thanksgiving meal! (Add glass coasters to protect your table under beverages.)

Whip up some place cards! Not only will guests know where to go, but it gives you the perfect opportunity to let your own style or theme shine through!

Last but not least, Thanksgiving is a time for letting those around you know how grateful you are for their love, time, and friendship. A linen napkin in an envelope fold creates the perfect nest for a little note of gratitude to each member in your family.

Add lots of candlelight! Yes, even in the afternoon … it just makes everything more special!

Take lots of photos and make sure to get everyone in them, and don’t forget to take a few of the table before guests are seated!
